1. Product ownership
DiscountSplit is a product and trade name of Scepterix SMC-Private (Limited), a single-member private limited company registered in Pakistan.
Scepterix SMC-Private (Limited) is the sole owner and operator of the DiscountSplit platform, including its mobile apps, website, backend systems and all related intellectual property.
2. About Scepterix
Scepterix SMC-Private (Limited) is a Pakistani technology company. DiscountSplit is one of its products. To learn more about the company, visit scepterix.com.
3. Intellectual property
All intellectual property related to DiscountSplit belongs exclusively to Scepterix SMC-Private (Limited), including:
- the "DiscountSplit" and "Discount Split" names;
- the DiscountSplit logo, visual identity and design system;
- all software, source code, algorithms and technical infrastructure;
- all written content, marketing materials and documentation;
- all data structures, business processes and platform methods.
Using, copying, distributing or creating derivative works from any of the above without permission is prohibited under Pakistani intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.
